Q: Is the container a refrigerator or a freezer?

A: It is both. The thermostat lets the user set any temperature between -10°F and +70°F.

Q: Can I use my forklift inside the container?

A: As long as the mast on your forklift is the proper height, you can drive inside the container. The sturdy construction of our containers will support the weight.

Q: Is the container lockable and secure?

A: Yes, both doors have locking bars that accept a padlock.

Q: What happens if there is a problem with my rented container?

A: Service technicians are available 24/7 to respond to your needs.

Q: Can I move my container after you have delivered and installed it?

A: Our containers can be moved at anytime by simply unloading and unplugging them.

Q: How spacious are the containers?

A: The 40-ft containers hold 2360 cu ft. The 20-ft containers hold 944 cu ft. We can build you a custom sized container if you need more storage or have limited space requirements.

Q: Why are refrigerated containers better that standard walk-in freezers?

A: Refrigerated containers are portable and are constructed to create maximum thermal efficiency and with minimum air leakage. The end result is significantly reduced capital cost to you.

Q: Can I just plug my container into my existing power outlet?

A: We recommend that a qualified person connects your unit to a receptacle, disconnect box or electrical panel.
